Nuova Simonelli - MDXS

Designed to be as simple to operate as possible, the Nuova Simonelli MDXS is a professional on-demand coffee grinder that features an LCD display and an electronic control panel.

Powered by an efficient 500W motor, it has a grinding capacity of 1.5kg per day. The MDXS coffee grinder's 65mm stainless steel flat burrs make rapid but precise work of the grinding process.

A stepless adjustment system enables users to make ad-hoc adjustments whenever necessary, ensuring complete control of results and consistency at all times.

The MDX's clump crusher helps to separate the finer grind particles from forming clusters, thereby improving extraction. Designed for commercial use and manufactured to Nuova Simonelli’s exacting standards, all of the grinder’s vital components are housed inside a durable, Italian-made die-cast aluminium body.

Users can easily make adjustments via a clearly labelled push button control panel, which is located on the front of the unit. An easy-to-read blue LCD display replays timing and other data back to the operator. Single and double shot buttons mean consistent espresso shot measures, without having to worry about timings and grinder control.

The Nuova Simonelli MDX also has a portafilter hook and holder (for ‘hands-free’ grinding), offering exeptional multi-tasking options for busy baristas.
